SEGNY Monthly Meeting April 03, 8 pm
It is that time again, for our monthly meeting. Usually we meet on the 4th, this month I am having a indoor Seg and Skate on the 3rd so it seemed like a good segway having our meeting then a party.
We will meet at [u]8 pm 04/03/04 @ Empire Dance 127 W25th Street buzzer 17, 11th floor.</u> At 9 the skaters will begin to arrive and the fun begins. Joanne and Itsi will fill us in on the hearing, if you have other ideas please post them. It's always new when Segways are involved. Bill |

Of course she is welcome. If she skates all the more better. Bill |

It's a BYOS (Bring Your Own Skates) party, I assume. Bill, in-line skates would not work too well inside the studio, right?
I will be there with my Segway, but no skates. Stan Dobrowski |

Chris:
Actually, it's a rather large dance studio that doesn't mind roller skate wheels and Segway tires on its wood floors. It's a pretty open space; there are a few poles, but they make great obstacles for a slalom. Regards, Joanne You must be the change you wish to see in the world - Mahatma Gandhi |

Any type of skate is welcome, blades or quads.
I got my first real pair of skates about 25 years ago, since then I have 3 differant pairs of blades plus a few quads and worn out many a set of wheels and bearings. It's lot of fun to seg with skaters. This time we are planning to show some of the amazing moves we can do. Please bring the video cameras. Bill |

LOL. Im definatly into somthing like that! Hey, if you can navigate NYC and manage to "avoid capture" by NYPD, a race is nothing....LOL. Can't wait to see you guys, My GF, Diana is excited too! --John |
