Makes me think of a "big wheel" but with no seat

Makes me think of a unicycle with training wheels. The center of gravity is so far forward it screams "face plant".

First off, its a trike.

I don't see the segway part at all, except that you are standing. But segway did not initiate standing.

I did not see documentation, but there seems to be a hand brake cable from the right hand grip to the rear wheels. Perhaps this is to minimize faceplants, but will surely not eliminate them, with the caveat that if you start to go over the handlebars, and the brakes are on the rear wheels, then as soon as you loose weight on them (are pitching forward) you loose your brakes. So, at that point, you will be standing on a unicycle, with no brakes.

I hope the pedals do not freewheel that that point, but I suspect they will have to. (for when normally riding the halfbike)

I would have to guess that this is a device that requires more balance than I have. Perhaps not.
