Removal of Centre Console for X2

I am trying to pull down a Segway X2 and can not find how to disassemble the center console so I can remove the top plate to gain access to the control boards. Is there anyone out there who can help me? :)

4 star bolts use a flat item like a screwdriver to slide along rubber.
