February 28, 2003 - newbernsunjournal.com -- Whether or not the U.S. Postal Service will segue its walking routes onto the Segway will be determined in part by how New Bern carriers fare in feasibility tests being conducted here. Five of the Segway Human Transporters came to the New Bern Post Office earlier this week, and postal workers who volunteered for the test run already hopped onto the two-wheeled, high-tech scooter-like vehicles.
