Febuary 2, 2003 - wtnh.com - Hartford - State lawmakers will peek into the future tomorrow when they consider whether to legalize use of the Segway, the electric transportation device. It marks the second year that the much-hyped Segway Human Transporter has wheeled it's way onto the legislature's agenda. Last year, in the final hours of the session, lawmakers passed a bill allowing handicapped people to use the devices on sidewalks.
