Default Reliable battery pack supplier

Hi guys!

We've just opened two batteries. The first one has one of the connectors broken, bad condition in general. The other one is very sulphated. We are looking for a battery pack supplier, could you help me? Does the pack come with the plate or should we separate the plate from the battery pack?

How about this website? https://www.appbattery.com/solutions...-i2-pt-series/

Also, what can we do with the connector? Thank you very much for your help!

I suggest one good option is to purchase new, genuine Segway Li-Ion packs (i.e. packs sold by Segway-Ninebot and marked with "Rev. AB" after the serial number). There are official Dealers in EU who are selling these packs.

My business has imported and sold several hundred of these packs over the past couple of years. To date, reliability has been >99%, maybe even 100% (I can't remember for certain). I think the only failures have been caused by customers submerging their machines in water, which is not covered by warranty.

Default Mto

Just sent two X2 batteries to MTO for rebuilding. $1800 USD for the two plus another $25 USD for shipping back in the US. MTO does international as well but the shipping would make a builder/repair station in the EU more attractive...I would think.

I have rebuilt batteries for 1590 out the door. No need to send them in and wait. Cost includes shipping, and you get 50 back if you send in your old batteries and we pay the shipping cost. One year warranty, 7.2ah capacity. 1800 is expensive. We also have the OEM REV AB batteries mentioned above for 2350 shipped.
