What is E104 = AUX B FAULT and what do you do about it?

If you use the search facility you will find this post.

You will probably need to send your machine back to the factory for a repair.
If it is a controller board issue, they will probably replace that, and any other parts that are of concern.

The factory rarely diagnoses faulty assemblies, they just replace them.
It is a modern disease.

My wild guess is that it will cost you between $1k and $2k.
It is likely to be away for a month, or more.

Nobody really wanted to give you that info.

Good luck, and I hope I am wrong on my estimates.

Thanks for the reply and I apologize for being ineffective on the search. I am not surprised at the lack of factory info nor the 1-2 kilo-buck repair. I would be inclined to remove and inspect the main board for defective components before giving those people a dime. Failing that, use the thing for parts for the other one that still works. I do invite further comments on the wisdom/lack of wisdom with this plan!
