i found in front CU one suspicious part. this PVI1050NS is an insulated photovoltaic device wich generates 12Vcc (2x6Vcc) to drive the gate of the power MOSFET wich as his turn is switching on/off the batt positive point into RST power bridge. i dont have the part till friday so i will replace today anyhow the mosfet.
OK, so you made some change(s) to the hardware...

Nothing except the wrench? No other bars or anything? Your original video shows the black circle completely around the red area.

That's interesting.

i wanna spread that talk to somme ingeneers, not to ordinary people who dont see the root.
regarding intelint culturalized people, i wanna ask to be close. if cannot spread publically call my private, but some kind of reason this also cannot be right.

on the rear CU booth IR2136S dont have active signal on EN, and no PWM startup check train on any of the twelve PWM`s.
does anyone know wich sequense is before to RST checks?
a hint: it behaves same if plugged to wall or not.
It's a little hard for me to follow along; I only know the general outlines of the circuits involved. Maybe my questions might suggest something to you? Or maybe explaining to me will give you some insight? Since there aren't a lot of knowledgeable people here to help, maybe it's worth my trying.

So if I understood recent events correctly -- you replaced first the MOSFET that feeds the PWM bridge, and an optoisolator that drives the MOSFET?

Won't a failure at either of these two points lead to no PWM output? Can you confirm that the optoisolator is receiving a signal? If so, I'd verify the output, and the MOSFET operation, in turn.

If you're now not getting a signal to the optoisolator, I'd still be suspicious of any changes you recently made, perhaps a short on the optoisolator input side (drawing down any signal -- check one step upstream if possible). Or perhaps a safety check is failing as a result of a problem with the MOSFET? I'd verify the voltage across it when not driven "on".

I take it this MOSFET isolates the PWM bridge when not active or during shutdown?

Did you verify no PWM signal at the bridge output, or at the driving signal?

Obviously, we can't have infinite voltage, or the universe would tear itself to shreds, and we wouldn't be discussing Segways.

it wasn the MOSFET, it was`t the photovoltaic insulated transmitter.
the fault is commning from there, replacing this parts do solved nothing.
+77Vcc arrive on PWM bridge perfectly.
the thing is that the rear CU do somme checkings but dont arrive at the
stage when DSP send pulses to R and S lines to check feedback.
simply dont engage the EN pin on RST driver chip, and no signals on PWM
signals none at DSP pins, none at inputs of IR2136S.
the front CU make all the steps engage EN on IR2136, sends test pulses
on R ans S final stage measure feedback courents, (scope its on pin 1
and 7 on outputs of LM6132) and after this check i hear the relay sound.
i mean relays driven by front CU.
but if i took out from rear CU one of the hall signals from motors positioning sensors, the front CU does not engage relays.
i`m pretty shure that the fail is in rear CU, it hangs in one checking sequence.
i have checked all feedbacks from courent sensor to DSP pins all of them
have continuity and at cold measurements same resistence to GND like
anyother CU board, or let`s say same as front CU.
also the CAN signals on battery pins looks pritty same on rear vs front CU.

Which technology you prefer is it MOSFET or photvoltaic?

I see the i2 drive on the gen one machine. Makes the available foot space a bit wider doesn't it? This might be a good solution to some who have issues with seating options and run out of space...

Good luck.
