Back to the original question. We do NOT think there is any benefit in trying to revive a functional battery. Michael www.dgbint.com |

If a charger do not connect to data pin (do you know which pins are data? And what is the protocol?), and making a statement such as "can fix BMS has glitch and battery stop working" that is a false statement.
Is this 2 pin red and black banana connector used by your current unit? The photo is snap shot from your current websites datasheet. sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk APP |

A man with the facts is never at the mercy of a man with an opinion.
I have the facts. I was part of the design team on this sophisticated and intelligent product. You have an opinion. I don't know what else to say to to you. Cheers Michael www,dgbint.com |

Also even if I don't "know" your current product in detail, I know Segway battery and it's BMS software.
I am not saying your product won't work, I'm just saying your are making a false statement regarding the ability to fix glitch on faulty BMS and claim to unlock the lock out batteries. Because one need to access the BMS and reflush the EEPROM with updated data to do so. sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk APP Last edited by Amimoto; 04-28-2014 at 12:12 AM.. |

The screen capture is a Segway revived battery simulating hill climb drawing current of 4A, outputting 248 watts of energy, showing cell pack number 4 is slightly damaged after the revived process,
however this battery will still function nicely but the range is shortened as the damage is affect one of the cell (4 cells in parallel) When BMS send out a low voltage data to CU (via industrial I2C protocol), that also calls for emergency shut down, in this case, the other pack still have appx 23% of the energy left. Segway BMS should offset its output and set a lower gain on this cell bank to prolong the usage of the whole battery pack. sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk APP Last edited by Amimoto; 04-28-2014 at 12:19 AM.. |

None of my statements are false, and I greatly resent you asserting that they are. Just because you don't understand our product, does not make it wrong, bad or false. I really would like you to retract your statement !! ************************************* We have many happy customers, from every continent who can now revive many ( but not all ) Segway batteries locally in their lab, in a straight forward manner with portable equipment. We are very proud of our work. Sure, our approach may be different to your lab-centric approach. That's all, our approaches are different. Your comments indicate that it's your way or the highway, and I suggest you may want to re-consider that. Michael www.dgbint.com |

In none of my text state your reviver won't work, which part do you want me to retract?
Maybe you should face the fact and study Segway's battery in-depth, or explain to me how you fix the glitch and unlock the battery with out communicating with BMS. Remember there is 5 more pins on top of the positive and negative post. sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk APP |

You want me to disclose our IP. We dreamed up a solution to a problem, we tested our hypothesis, implemented it and commercialised it, and you would like me to explain it all to you. Sure, you may purchase some of our business assets, if that is what you are asking. We can discuss that. However explain it publicly to you, just because you don't understand it. I don't think so. You state publicly and in a clear manner that we have made false statement ! That is straight-out untrue, and that is what I would like you to retract. Michael www.dgbint.com |

There is no way on earth to fix an BMS glitch with positive and negative pin, nor is possible to unlock a lockdown battery, that is final.
I'm sorry I know how this battery work and unfortunately I am not here to sell the service but you are. Also taking advantage on advertising your service while member is asking "What happens if you revive a healthy battery?" sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk APP |

Michael, you don't want to ask me the detail why I purchase your reviver and I already reply your PM long ago that I am not selling the proper battery connector.
