Neverland is a part of the Segway Pilot program so they were with the company before all this started. Therefore they get some special treatment.

We don't get special treatment. I have been down a road that many people would walk away from. I wish we would get special treatment!

What we have done is shown by example of how to sell, service and rent the Segway product line. We are very focused at what we do. 4 years of doing this is why Segway is with us.

Look for the new stores to open real soon.

Keith:
I wasn't trying to imply that you get special treatment - just because - but because you are part of their pilot program. I do understant that you have been there working with them for a long time and I admire that. I have no problem with how they are handling that. I was just saying that you are different than the rest of us because of the pilot programs.
