![]() New to the Forum - Ninebot ES3 purchased in March 2020 - getting error code 42 & 21 - works fine without the external battery installed. Purchased new battery from Segway thinking the external battery had gone bad but didn’t make a difference. So must be something with the connection to external battery? Any ideas or suggestions on how to resolve this?
Had a similar issue with my other ES3 recently but since I purchased that one new I wa able to send it in under warranty and they fixed it but didn’t send along any notes/commentary on what they did to fix it. BTW Segway support sucks!! Help is appreciated!! Happy New Year!! |
