Segway go kart

I got the go kart kit, I have everything figured out but one issue. I pulled the go kart out to full length since I’m 6’3 but can’t seem to get the lock screws to hold in place. I get the push down and then but maybe I’m not aligning properly. Helpppp!

Hi,

The magnets hold the set screws up and ‘captive’ for adjusting the slide.
To lock
It in place, you need to *push down* as well as turn the hex to get them to lock.
