SE model not charging in the cold?
Strange situation here. I just put fully charged batteries on 7 of my i2's as it is warming up after the winter.
All are flashing green except two that are SE models that have constant green lights like they are still charging. It is cold here (30 degrees) but I have never had this issue. And it is only the SE models!!! (still happening 3 hours later) Maybe something different in their programing? |

It os still letting enough power through to light up the LED green, but no power is going into your battery packs to recharge them, sorry. You'll see solid green forever, and still have flat packs. The SE's power supply is split into two components (PCM Power Board and AC Filter) The AC Filter is less expensive to replace that it's more expensive friend. Which component is blown can be determined by inspection (including smell or by looking for blown components), and swapping in and out known-good parts to track down the faulty one. If you have a Watt Meter it is possible to tell from the in-line reading which of the two parts has failed. Philip
