I can only start and turn off with the info key close to the center counsel... When I place the info key in its holder the only thing showing, is the time --- NO bars, happy face, etc ... When the key is close to the center counsel it operates normally... This is with both info keys... So a loose antenna or a bad board..???

Oh, and can we presume that you have followed the troubleshooting procedures in the Reference Manual? [Usually around pages 122 and 128]
Also, how does the infokey "link" symbol perform? And does the Security function operate properly? (Just making sure to cover all of the bases) |

And I'm betting that the problem was bad replacement batteries for the infokeys.
