![]() Hi All
So this is my first ever Post, Not even sure if I'm doing right or in the right place So Background, I just purchased a Ninebot es4 from an Auction, It wasn't going but I thought I might have a go at getting it going . Turns out the external battery pack was loose so the docking port was worn and the battery wasn't charging . So I removed it and charged the internal battery with a makeshift charger and it went ..Yay happy days. This was short lived however as in my impatience to scoot around I think I have shorted out the BMS through too higher charging voltage . Does anybody have any experience in replacing the fuse on the BMS ? I saw one post on a German eBay site where they were selling a fuse rated at 25 amp and said it would replace all 3 fuses on the BMS however my BMS fuse, the one in the top part which I think is the charging part looks to be a 5Amp fuse from the label, does anybody have any experience in this? or know its rating or a suitable replacement? I know I could buy a new BMS for around $40 and $50 for the external Battery BMS but I'm Sure I could get the fuses for around $10 I will mention that the Scooter still runs fine, it just doesn't charge. any help would be greatly appreciated Cheers Matt |
