i2 Why does my Segway i2 not turn on anymore w/ key fob

New to this forum!

Had my i2 for a few years. Worked fine until a couples months ago. Two key fobs are linked to it, but recently I can’t turn it on. When plugged in, a green light pops on - and even then when I try to turn on with key fob, nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated!

Change a battery in infokey CR2430, or lack of contact on infokey buttons, or radio has a poor range - move an infokey closer to a base when starting your Segway, or you use a wrong infokey?
