You may alter course as often as you wish.

It does alter the fact that you accuse me of making false statements.
Sir you are wrong, and instead of apologising you make bold sounding statements.

You make those bold statements with great apparent authority.
That may impress some, but sir I know you to be ill informed on this topic. FACT !

Many posts ago, I returned to the original posters question, and answered him appropriately.

Previously I had respected your work and your inputs to this forum, but today your professionalism has fallen a long way in my eyes.

If you simply reply to the poster the simple answer this would not happen.

I'm just stating the fact unfortunately you don't want to touch the sensitive issue.

You should Download your data sheet on your own website and compare it with your above post No 5 and you will know why I make such a statement and point out the difference in your claim (post No. 5)

Also as a business man one should know the risk of using a public forum as advertising platform, two way communication always have it's disadvantage.

I will give you points for persistence.

You are wrong.
You make unsubstantiated claims.
You continue.
You are still wrong, you start again and on it goes.

Good luck.

Amimoto, it is in fact possible to fix locked battery, and it's been confirmed previously.
Maybe if you test DGBINT's product before smacking it, then return with the findings, the accusations wouldn't accompany?

It surly is possible to fix a locked battery, but not via a positive and a negative connection to the battery.
To bring the voltage up to the level BMS will start charging the battery (38v on AC AD, 40v on AE AF AG AH) is not Unlocking a locked battery, that is voltage boost revival.

Anyone with to test their product is free to go head and test the unit, for testing purpose I have purchase the DGB reviver kit, which consist of a battery reviver with red and black banana plug, a transformer and a digital mutimeter (http://www.dgbint.com/Battery-Reviver-DE.pdf) and will not continue to test the "super" reviver, as few month later, a ultimate reviver will go in production and make another statement that older product will not perform as good as the newer model.

photo is extract from user manual and actual product is the same

Ok

Again you post info about our 3-5 year old product.
Fantastic news.

Yes, we proudly confirm that we continually strive to improve our products.
Yes, we did find a second style of fault with Segway batteries, and we have resolved that too, our Battery Super Reviver addresses both known battery fault types.

Yes, if and when we discover yet another fault and a workable solution for such a fault we may well introduce an Ultimate Battery Reviver too.

Your point is ?

We seem to be marching to quite different drum beats.
That's OK
What is not OK is for you to accuse us of making false statements.
That is my point.

LOL I will rest my case from now, and congrats on the magical device which will fix BMS glitch and unlock a lockout battery via 2 banana plug.

It sounds like you both agree with regards to my question. I have e-mailed MTO but haven't heard back yet (possibly because it was over the weekend). Unless I hear otherwise from them, I will plan on only reviving the batteries that need it.

I'm not sure if maybe you got the impression that I was trying to spark a debate about who makes the best reviver, but that was not my intent at all. Since I'm in the US, it simply wouldn't make much sense for me to order from Australia. I know MTO has a good reputation, and that's part of the reason I went with them, but to be honest I actually tried to go with WCBatteryRebuilders.com first, again solely for geographic reasons, but the site rejected both of my (valid) credit cards.

Thank you all for your input.

Your question was clear, and the debate was almost-totally off the topic and off the question, except for dgbint's answer (which did not exactly address the question of "bad for them", by the way).

Not to say that I didn't enjoy the debate.

And perhaps Jason chose (correctly) to remain silent. I apologize for my suggestion, if that added to the confusion.
