ES4 going too slow

My scooter hit a pothole in the road and glitched out.

I was in super sport mode doing about 18mph when I hit the pothole. It wasn't that serious of a bump, I didn't fall or anything. But strangely after I hit the bump the scooter beeped and then was limited to 11mph.

I restarted the scooter and re cycled through the various sports modes by double clicking the button. When I got back to super sport, the scooter did start going faster, but now I can't make it go any faster than 16 mph. Regular sport mode is now limited to 11mph and non-sport mode is limited to a whopping 6mph. It's like everything leveled down.

Both batteries are still functioning normally.

Is there any way to get my scooter doing 19mph again?
