Hello from Russia and please help with buying

Hello.
My name is Alik and I'm from Russia.
I wanna buy few Used Segways for first time to open rental service.but I have a problem with supplyers..I found many companys, who can sell used Segways, but they don't answer for my e-mails.
So now I wanna ask help on this forum.
I need to buy Used Segway in good condition for about 2500$.

In what part of Russia do you live and work? My question is how Segway friendly are the streets? A friend discouraged me from visiting Russia and eastern Europe because cobblestone streets were difficult for Segway travel. Since you are interested in renting Segways, I must assume, at least in your town, that Segway travel is not a problem.

I'm from Kazan, it's very close to our capital city - Moscow (like 700 km).
We have official Segway dealer in Russia, but he has very high prices.So if I wanna buy new i2 model, it will be for me for about $10 000.It's very expensive! Because of price, Segway is not so popular in Russia.
So I wanna introduce this type of transportation to my city!

Because I tried Segway in Lisboa and it was awesome!I was very excited!
