Education opportunity.
While I was in Springfield today, I took the time to stop in at the City/county public library. They had been very nice when I first asked about using my
Seg, so thought perhps i should be sure they were aware of the new rules. The reference librarian I talked to did not have a clue. So I gave him a copy of my handout summary. People do come to the library for all kinds of information so here is an easy education opportunity that should not be missed. When I first started riding mine around this small town, apparently someone stopped in at the local library and complained that it was illegal. Fortunately the librarian knows me... So then i took a copy of the law down to the city hall too....
