Embeded pictures
I know how to attach pictures to the message, but I've seen other posts with pictures embedded into the text instead of an attachment. Anyone know how?
Thanks

It's a standard function of the forum. Look up at the tool bar above the text input window and click on the icon that looks a bit like a postcard of a mountain with sun. Input the url of the image and there ya go.

Yes, that's it!
Well, I used the "Insert Image" icon that you told me about and I replaced the http stuff with the location of the file on my hard drive. It placed some code like IMG around the drive, folder and filename, which looks good to me. BUT... when I "Preview Post" I don't see the picture. Maybe I have to actually "Submit Reply" before I see the picture. OK, here goes... let's see what happens.

The picture has to be hosted somewhere on the internet, not your hard drive. If you don't have a web hosting service, you can upload the photo to a gallery here and then copy and paste the URL from the gallery image.
