Segway Chat should have a page for problems people are having with their segways. This could help other users solve their problems by learning for other's mistakes.

Did you ever find the info you needed? I'm having troubles with my Segway------continually kicks into "safety shutdown" alarm. I'm not finding where I can get help--------

1. make sure to call segway, that's what they're there for and it's all covered by warranty.
