Re-wiring handlebar PICS
All,
Here are some photos of rewiring the handlebar from hypertronics to elcon. It truly is QUITE EASY!!

Sorry if you've posted this informaton elsewhere but how did you obtain the replacement harness, did you just order it from Segway? I think having a database of diy solutions is great (better still would be if Segway produced a workshop manual but being in the US I understand the unfortunate liability issues you all have to live with). Failing that, a diy manual would really extend the economic life of the older machines

The "replacement" harness is from the broken handlebar.
The other harness is now an extra Quote:

so..
Anyone tried to convert an i180 handlbar to hypertronics? the white connectors are a different size.
