![]() I just put rebuilt batteries (nicad) in my old P133 I get a round circle of power status with the little wrench flashing all red. it was flashing red like that when I sent the batteries off for rebuild. so far I have plugged and unplugged the connectors in the column they seem tight and clean. any suggestions what to try next? ps is there diagnostic charts or software or anything out there that might help? Jim in southern calif desert.

![]() Sadly, I understand that Segway Inc no longer supports gen-1 machines.
This error condition used to require interaction from an authorized dealer. With special equipment they could download error logs, and ascertain the nature of the internal error. It is a complex, and private, communication. No details were ever released ( to the best of my knowledge ). So as I understand it, this is no longer able to be done. |

![]() kind of had a hunch it was going to be impossible unless someone kept a copy of the secret diagnostics and decides it now is abandoned technology and in the public domain. thanks so much for the reply. jim

![]() Hi, I had the same exact problem and solved it by spraying contact spray on the communication pins of each battery!
The problem magically disappeared! |
