Calibration battery I2 AF
Hello Segway riders,
I have a strange thing. I want too calibrate my AF batteries because I get wrong indication on my key. Steps I made Charge batteries, Drive day one 10Km the indication level is one bar, Drive day two while driving indication level goes from one too nothing and then to one. I could drive about 10Km, Day three I drive until the Segway began warning and had too stop. Now I let the batteries charge for a full 24 hours. Now I repeat the whole process. And I don't get calibrate the batteries so I swapped the batteries from back to front and front to the back. Repeat the process two times but it won't calibrate the batteries. What do I wrong? Das the Segway need a services this cost €350,- including a small services treatment. Hope you can help me!... Ps: is it interesting too upgrade the firmware? |

On day three, after the warning, put the Seg up against a wall and leave it until the batteries drain to the point where it shuts down . . . . and THEN recharge

If Don's directions need clarification - the Seg should be in balance mode - ride it slowly up to the wall, and then step off, and leave it there until it shuts down. That could take a day or so.

Hello,
Thank you for your response! Yesterday I made a trip after fully charged and had two times Error E082 and needed to spring off my Segway because is shutdown. After I turned on I had two bars.... This was after 10Km and it happened again at 17Km.... At home I turned on put one feet on it and drive it too the wall. Now I want to charges it but I'm wondering if it is a good idea too switch the batteries? |
