Hey Guys,

I'm Richey I work for Active Vision Inc. on Long Island, NY. We're trying to use a segway platform for a robot design we are trying to develop. we have purchased the i167, while a lot of fun to ride around on, we'll have to start dismantling her soon.

I'm looking to talk to anyone who know's the inner workings of the segway. Being that the RMP version is built with the same hardware as the i167, I was wondering if anyone knew how to interface with the main board so we can control it via a laptop interface.

I assume the components are there because you can "Update" the firmware somehow? (haven't looked into it yet).

Any helpful information would be great! otherwise I'll be drifting around the forum
