Segway Vehicle Loader
My wife has limited use of her legs, but can stand so uses her P model for mobility. She is dependent on others to load and unload it. Has a system to do this mechanically been developed for an SUV or similar vehicle like for scooters and wheelchairs?

Alfred, here's a link to a recent thread in the "things to buy and sell" area
http://www.segwaychat.com/forum/topi...archTerms=lift And here's Mel Melinger's lift http://www.segwaychat.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7047 You may be able to find others by searching under the word "lift" or "hauler." I have the Segway Hauler, which I recently used to take my 'p' to a local elementary school for a demonstration. I love it, but it might still be more than she will want to deal with. Pam |

Probably because the thread was originally posted in April of 2005, and we've changed software since then. You might do a search on lift or hauler and see what you can find.

Got to use a Segvator yesterday
Dave from Segvator stopped by with a Segvator (and an e-machine) and showed us the Segvator in operation.
Great product, plus we had a customer who put in an order after seeing it. www.Segvator.com Plus they also are big DRAFT supporters!
