Default Es1 where are the brains located??

I purchased this scooter new from out of the country. MASSIVE MISTAKE!!!! I was able to get my money back because it was damaged in shipment. Though I had to rebuild the motor to get it working. LONNNNNGGGGGGG Story. It works now but I cannot get it out of limited mode. I could 1 part it out or 2 replace the control board. AKA Motherboard. I just need to be sure that I’m changing the correct part. The scooter speedometer does work and the scooter does communicate with the Ninebot app.

Are the brains of the unit reside in the Speedometer or the motherboard???

Sincerely,

Rescue25
