Default Help with Segway ES4 not working

Bought a used Segway, person I bought it from thought the on/off button needed to be replaced. Purchased and replaced that piece, but scooter still wouldn't power up. Next part replaced was the motherboard, and after replacing that part, the scooter powers on, and I can connect to it with the ninebot application. But, when I push the gas/throttle the scooter doesn't move. Purchased both the throttle and brake new, replaced and still the scooter doesn't move. When I push the brake, the rear lights come on. I get nothing when I push the throttle.

Any advice? The front wheel moves, and when I took it a part it looks fine from what I can view. Before I buy a new front wheel, wanted to see if I need to do anything with the electronics?

thanks in advance,

jon

Your scooter needs to be moving before you push throttle...maybe thats your problem?

Are all three of the coloured cables between the Main Board and Motor still connected? Maybe one or more plugs came apart when you were reassembling your KickScooter? Also, check the motor control cable and plug (the cable that has the larger, squarer white plug). Look for crushed or damaged wires above or below the plugs.
