Finally an update with something.
05/02/2021 Took a 19 mile glide on the new aftermarket batteries! Speeds were mostly between 9 and 12.5 mph on a smooth paved surface. Temps were about 76-78 degrees. Ended the 19 miles with 2 battery bars remaining. I failed to note the mileage per bar used but took some photos along the way so I will try to figure it out. Batteries did Great! I will post some photos of the battery levels before and after from the BMS app in my next post. |

This is the run from 251 start to 270 finish. You can see the battery loss as I glide.
I will post screenshots from the BMS APP shortly. |

Ok here are shots of the BMS APP.
Start of charging for the glide. 78.02 rear battery 80.25 front both show 100% charge. Both green leds solid. Green leds flashing, ready to ride.85.51 front and 85.40 rear. End of ride 3 hour rest before starting charge. Both green leds solid.75.96 front 24% charged. 76.04 rear 21% charged. Not sure yet how it can have higher voltage but less charge. Both batteries appear to be charging fine. I will check the BMS APP tomorrow. |

Next weekend I will try for 24-26 miles on another portion of the trail.
Feel free to ask any questions or request any specific tests. I was able to glide with a friend that had older original Segway batteries. It was not a good comparison as his batteries are much older. He was only able to ride 15 miles before needing a charge. Next week I will let him use a pair of newer original Segway batteries so we can try and compare. Thanks for the updates.
I bought a second i2 that had had its batteries replaced, and after tooling around on them for a while, my original i2 had dropped an extra couple of bars compared to the one with newer batteries. So new or reconditioned batteries are in my future at some point… |

I have not had as much test time as I would like, but the aftermarket batteries appear to be very good quality.
I really like the Bluetooth function. The review will continue. |

I ordered 10 more of the batteries today. I should receive the diagnostic tool and charger with this order. I will review both and take more photos if any one cares. BTW the battery cost this order was 455.51 each. Sales taxes applied making the order for 10 batteries $4909.24 D Last edited by P99Guy; 05-23-2021 at 12:40 AM.. Reason: Add battery pricing. |

Thanks. Do you have a specific questions or need photos of anything?
I am trying to figure out how to share the bms readings while I am on the Segway. |
