Infokey program or new key

Hello, I finally got new batteries for the Segway x2 I bought. I also had to buy a new Infokey. Unfortunately I don?t think the company I bought the key off didn?t program it although I sent them the chassis number. Is there a way to see if the key is programmed? If not can it be re programmed? If I need to buy a new key, who can I buy 1 from? Regards.

I joined a Segway Facebook group, and asked the question there. A guy from the Czech Republic contacted me, I sent my key to him, he programmed it to his x2 to make sure the key was good, then programmed the key with my chassis number.
