Help needed with E10E
Hello, I have encountered a sudden issue with the Segway showing E10E error code without any other issues happening prior to this. I see the problem refers to the motor B; could someone please let me know which side that is, looking from behind? Right or left?
Also has anyone seen this error, and if so, were you able to troubleshoot it, or did the motor have to be replaced? Many thanks for any answers. |

First things first is to usually swap the batteries (move the front one to the back and the back one to the front) and see if the error changes, just make certain the error isn't related to a battery issue. Hopefully you don't have an issue with the pawer base. Good luck! -i |

Hey,
I have found out that the problem was with CU B itself. Thanks for the tip, it's always good to go through the basic troubleshooting, unfortunately it wasn't as simple as that this time. I also realised that the motors are not designated as A and B, only the CU boards are... so it's hard to tell which motor is the problematic one, other than with trial and error of replacing them one at a time. Regardless of that, the E10E turned out to be an issue with CU B. |
