Segway cable lock

I have a locking cable that I would like to give away because I feel I don't need it.
It is a Segway brand real heavy plastic coated cable that locks onto a special bolt on the lean steer clamp. It looks like new.
You can have it for the cost of the shipping in a USPS if it fits it ships box. I think the cost is about $8.00.
The only problem is that we will have to swap bolts that that hold the lean steer.
You send me your bolt and the shipping cost and I'll send the special bolt and cable. I'll get it in the mail the day after I get your bolt so minimal down time.
