Looking for pic of 25.0 bag mount to gearbox
Anyone have a pic of the 25.0 mounting to gearbox?
If not, could someone kindly take one? I have a broken mount, and I have never seen one in it's original configuration. If i can visualize it, i can fix it much better.

I will post when I get home...
BUT... If you imagine the right gearbox screws as follows in the "clock formation:" 9 o'clock screw = #1 12 o'clock screw = #2 and 3 o'clock screw = #3 The bottom mount screws to the #2 and #3 screws, and the bend in the mounting is at the center of the clock. There are two shims, each one acts as a spacer between the screw and the accepting gearbox threads to keep the space between the gearbox and the mounting bracket tight. If you're looking at it from the back, it'll be: screw - bracket - shim - gearbox. -Sal

Thank you Sal.
That was a great description. However, i also want to see the piece between the gearbox-mount piece and the vertical shaft that goes up to the bag. This is the piece that is broken. Thanks again!

http://www.segway.com/support/docs/S...Side_Cargo.pdf from here: http://www.segway.com/support/docs/ Trouble is, the pdf file doesn't have a good photo of the part that breaks. I've heard some users have had that section (that breaks, or doesn't stay fitted) welded together. There's some photos of the police I-180 sporting the 25.0 bag from the archive section of the segway.com website, but the pictures may be too small to see what you need to see. Asif,
This connection is just a pressure fit between the two pieces. Back in the day, when I had the bags mounted, we drilled a hole and used a "pull pin" (pin with a spring loaded ball bearing sticking out of one end and a ring on the other) to hold one together and a Kotter Pin to hold the other together.
