I2 Or X2 ?
Hi Folks: First time poster. I have MS and was gonna get a electric scooter when i found out about segways.I can walk, but long distances are a problem. A segway with a seg saddle would be perfect for my needs. Is the X2 too wide to get thru most doorways you encounter ? I would like some of the extra terrain capabilities of the X2, buts its gotta basically act like an electric wheel chair for me on a day to day basis. Can you get X2's into office buildings, museums, etc ? Let me know what you think. thanks very much, I will be getting a seg within a few weeks.

I have also MS and use a I2 for daily use and I bought a rebuilt set for a X2,
by Glide4less in your country. However the ride is smooter with the x2, I think entering doorways in buildings you always will be better of with a I2, main enterings will be big enough for the x2. |

Welcome rwoynaro
Welcome to Segway Chat
I lived in Spring City for awhile in the late 1970's! On your question of which Segway. First of all try them both. Think about where you will use them the most, and I think you will come up with the fact that the i2 is the more univerally usable machine. It goes indoors and out, and fits easily in cars and stows away in your home easy. Now if you are spending most of your time out of doors in fields and rough terrain, then an X2 might work. Or better yet ONE OF EACH!
