New Info on ADA Regs

We have been advised that tomorrow, (March 15, 2011) in conjunction with the new ADA regulations taking effect the United States Department of Justice will be releasing a new Technical Assistance Document for small business which will include a short section on "Other Powered Mobility Devices" primarily addressing Segways.

DRAFT in conjunction with our legal counsel will be releasing additional technical assistance addressing the Segway and the new regulations either later this week or more probably the last week in March following our return from the Segs4Vets presentation in San Diego.

Obviously neither new regulations or technical assistance to explain them ensures compliance.

That my friends will take a great deal of effort and funding so my question is when was the last time you stopped by the DRAFT Donation page and droped some coins into the Advocacy Fund?
