New Segway Tour Service

A friend of mine picked up a Segway dealership this spring. Small talk at lunch lead to trying a new venture. In June I opened Electric Waterfront Tours Inc. Bought 6 HT's and an XT for the guided ride, hired my brother and set out. Took some time to get permits and insurance, but we are in buisness. So if anyone comes up to Duluth Minnesota in the summer and would like a nice tour of the Lake Superior waterfront and Duluth park system send me a message and I get you set up.

If any one is looking for some extra Segways for there tour system in the winter months I would entertain the thought of sending my units out for the winter for a nominal charge. As my season is only 3 months long, I could use a little extra rental income.

Welcome to the tour business, I will keep in mind about the use of your Segways for our winter season. I lease my scooters form someone now we have did this for 6 years I love it and and the company I lease from does to. If you do lease your equipment to someone make sure that person is some you trust. I would do a lot of research on that person or company before hand. If there is any thing I can do to help please let me know.

This site is a directory of Segway tours worldwide. (It only lists guided tours, not simply rentals.) This is a completely free directory, it's my own personal pet project that I've developed as a contribution to the Segway community.

By the way, if anyone happens to know of any guided tours that aren't in the directory please let me (or the tour operator) know! I'm always watching for new tour companies, but I can't possibly find them all...
