X2 problem
Hey!
My brand new Segway X2 brokedown again! Error code E01F occurs after a power failure. The first time it happens I had to send the batterypack to the Swedish agent so he can "shock" it. Is that the only way? |

That code is not in the WIKI. Can one of the dealers please find out what that code is so I can update it.

Got one, too. Added info
I got one, called the dealer, and added what he said (from memory and matching a similar entry) to the Wiki.
If anyone with access to the original info could be so kind as to review it and correct as needed, I'd appreciate it. I left a caveat that this was from memory; if it's correct, or you correct it, you can remove that. On advice from the dealer, I've taken off the batteries, put them and the Segway in front of the hot air vents to dry. There was some water floating around between platform and rear battery -- nothing I could detect around the actual connector, though. For your convenience, and for the record here, here's the entry: ---- E01F The Rear CU Board reports: Power base fault (May be due to excessive moisture) * Allow PT to dry completely (if applicable), * Remove and reseat batteries * Install alternate set of battery packs. If the same error code is persistent replace the power base or return to factory for service Fault detected in the battery pack attached to me (As best recalled from conversation with dealer -- BobKerns 18:13, 3 November 2008 (CST)) |
