Default badges??

how dose a segway chatter get those badges under there names like the one that says owner and has a pic of a segway or like the ones that say segway fest and have the segfest logo
this has been bugging me (not that i want it that bad but just how to do it)

i i dont need it i don't even really want it i just want to know how people get them beacause i cant stand not knowing how to do something (especially on the computer)

What you do is go here and then go to Group Memberships on the left and select the groups that apply to you. Hope this helps.

I don't run or have anything to do with the management of this site, as a matter of fact, quite the opposite, so take my opinion for what that's worth...

I believe that there are different badges.

The ownership ones should come from your profile, and data that you volunteered. To the best of my knowledge, the moderators (those who rule this world call themselves that) can turn that type of badge on that way…

The other badges like for attendance at segway fests are usually added by these moderators around the time you register and pay to attend such events.

Lastly, once badges are turned on for you, some are more related to the number of years here, or posts and the like, and they are most likely listed by the site software, when requested by the … you guessed it… moderators…

Good luck. Perhaps you need to ask one of them directly. I suspect there is a ‘contact us’ button somewhere…

Go in to your profile (http://forums.segwaychat.com/profile...editusergroups) and join some of the pre-established groups. Your badges will then appear. good luck! The one below is not an option:
