looking for a chair on a I or P

As in the titel, I'm looking for a chair on a (first generation) P.
Seen one here in Holland, the user coul fold it up to use it when he got tired from standing up. My son has Pulmonary Hypertension and uses a Segway for 2,5 years now. His condition is not getting better (..) so that's why.

Please let me know where i can find this solution for him.
