Angry Ninebot ES4 (ES2 + Battery) Error Code 13

Hi there

I've just purchased a ES4 and have used it once around the street and suddenly while using the break it dropped all power. Once I turned it off and back on again I got the following error:

Motor B phase current abnormal - check control board.

Now i have no idea what to do with this. It just repeats 3 short beeps and 1 long beep gives that error code on the app. Both batteries are fully charged.

Does anyone know how it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced.

This is literally from its first use out of the box.

Regards
Chris
