How to make a Segway battery?

Step 1. sorting the cells to keep the cells voltage in one battery pack at similar level（to reduce the voltage difference value)

Step2. put the nickles and support in the mold

Step3. put the sorted cells in the mold

Step4. fix the cells with glue

Step 5. welding

Step 6 wrap the cells with Insulation tape

Step 7 welding port for the wiring

Step 8. connect the cells to YANYANG BMS (The BMS has functions of protecting battery from over-charging, over-discharging, over-voltage, under-voltage , over-current , over-temperature and keep the battery from being short-circuit and extend the battery lifespan

Step 9. Do a charge-discharge circle test

Step 10. place the battery on the shelf for about 10 days

Step 11. put the battery in box and do a ultrasonic welding (enable the battery water-proof)
