Segway I2 Malfunction
Hello
and I have a segway I2 with some problems.... When I start it, it goes well for only a few seconds (maximum 1 minute) and after this the handlebar is pushed backwards. Also, the smiling face on the remote turns into a serious face, and a triangle appears with the exclamation mark in the center. I will attach some pictures. The battery are ok, the remote control battery is new so the problem is from other place. Tell me please what shall I do? Thank you |

Welcome & a Few comments
Welcome to SegwayChat.
Have you read the User manual? PDF version are available on the web if you do not have one. The issue you defined sounds like the Speed Limiter has engaged. This is a common issue for new riders. = = = Also, you will get more responses to this type of " what is happening " question if you use the General Discussions group = = = Good Luck. i2 Glider for 8+ years, 11,800+ miles |

Go to Segway.com
-Support tab -Select Manuals and Guides -Scroll towards bottom of the page and select “Reference Manual Supplement” -Confirm that your infokey in Speed 2 (normal operation) hasn’t been changed to a low speed, which may cause the issue you are describing. Rule out this first... |
