dead on arrival Christmas ruined
I bought a new Segway MiniPro 260 from Fryes for my husband. We opened and plugged in. Segway is completely dead. Charger has a green light. We have plugged in for over 4 hours. Nothing. DEAD. We called Segway the are closed until the New Year. What company closes until January 1 and doesn't service their product. Fryes does not accept returns. So disappointed our vacation will be over before Segway opens to help if they even can.

Fry's Electronics does accept returns, so I'd go that route. You're definitely misinformed. Sucks not having it work for Christmas though, takes the wind out of the sails.
