Yes, my posts regarding the use of a Segway as a Mobility Assistive Device with the Texas Department of Disability Rehabilitation are still out there. This is Not My First Rodeo.

I gradually "Out Grew" the use of my HT which was fitted with a short model, SegSeat like Jerry Kerr (DRAFT, SEGS4VETS) used to ride. When my Legs went out and I could not stand up any longer, I "graduated" to a used OTTOBOCK, RWD, PWC from E-Bay in 2014.

I am ready to progress to an ALLY here in Vermont and would like to Chat with anyone who has any experience with Seated Segways which I might Q&A while I am moving through the acquisition process.
