vingale New Member Join Date: May 2008 Location: Napa Posts: 7	Is Using Segway on a Website an Infringement? I received an email from brandprotection saying I couldn't use the word segway in my domain name. Is this true? I see lots of tour companies with the word segway in it and have checked their sites, and some don't seem to be associated with Segway Inc. I was told earlier that as long as I had the word "tour" after segway it was ok. Any help would be great.
