Segway Rentals of San Diego have a great program. It includes a harbor curise on an HT. They cover safety, basic training on course before going out on the Harbor walk.

San Diego weather is great always in the 70's

They also have a short 10 min rental to try them. This is on a closed course, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Great staff and very helpful

They are located at Belmont Park near the roller coaster on Pacific Beach.
