Segway Mini - Lite won't switch on - Brand new for Christmas :(

Hi,

I bought 2 new Segway Mini Lites back in August for my two kids for Christmas. These have never been opened.

I got them out of the garage today to unbox and fully charge up and then i was going to wrap them up.

However one of them will not switch on, when you plug the charger in the light is constant green.

I have called segway UK support and they said it would have to go back for repair so I won't get it back in time for Christmas to give to my little girl so really gutted now.

Does anyone know any way of getting this to switch on? Some sort of reset maybe?? Any help will be appreciated
