Obviously, we can't have infinite voltage, or the universe would tear itself to shreds, and we wouldn't be discussing Segways.

is also posible to mont the gears directly without the black steel spacer. the white plastic connector need to be cutted, is quite easy, in a latheing workshop.

Default I'm glad I was second.

Hi Felix
I'm glad you won that auction on ebay. I was second. I certainly would not have passed the work, like you did.
Congratulations.

Many of us do not know the parts, so those 2 words were worth more than the picture.

Thanks for explaining, and I'm glad you solved the mystery.

Default inclinator

Is it a mechanical or electrical device "white ice cube piece"? How is it attached to the board? As you know, there is very little technical information on how to repair segways other than swapping parts. Please describe your efforts for the knowledge of all.

the "cube" is the inclinometer sensor.
basicaly is a cavity with a liquid that is floating over eight electrods and by inclination the conductivity between that electrods is changing.

the fault was that the part itself has separated from the pins, but it stands there in some elastic bond like silicone, when i touch it have seen that is not rigid, so i dissasembled all the module and replace the inclinometer from another defectve BSA.
