Default Problems with our X2

Dear Segway friends,

We run tours in a resort in Riviera Maya. We have 10 X2 and we have two machines being repaired due to error 042. The info key showed the same problem for both of them.

Today we have a problem with a third unit but now is error 047. Our machines are only three months old and despite they are absolutely great I am afraid the post selling service we are receiving form SEGWAY México is not what we expected and what we, as clients, deserve.

Does anybody know why we are having these problems? I have checked the solution in the wiki site and it seems it will be needed to change the base. Is it normal only after three months?

One more question. Does anybody know if we can get in touch to any Customer Service in the USA to complaint about all this?
